XPAC, formerly Export Packaging Company, is a provider of packaging services. XPAC offers five core services: sub-assembly, painting, kitting, packaging, and order fulfillment. XPAC also offers custom software development, expediting, and other value-added supply chain services. Founded in 1974, and headquartered in Milan, Illinois, XPAC has grown to approximately 2,000 employees[1] across 14 U.S. facilities[2].

Since 1974, XPAC has grown and evolved to meet changing business needs. XPAC has established an information technology department to create custom-developed software applications that can meet industrial outsourcing needs.[4]

XPAC has 14 plants and facilities throughout the mid-west[5], with operational divisions specializing in[6]:

XPAC has over 2,000,000 square feet (190,000 m2) of production and storage space, and can handle a variety of industrial packaging, sub-assembly, or logistics related services.[7]

In 2006, the company had a 20 percent growth in revenue, and a 30 percent increase in employees.[8]
